Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data exchange platforms. You will lead a team of 4–5 Product Owners and partner with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, and Sales to deliver compliant, scalable solutions that improve connectivity and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
5+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
4+ years hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA, and related healthcare data exchange technologies.
4+ years demonstrated success developing product strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
3+ year of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product positioning and adoption.
Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
