Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision and roadmap for healthcare data exchange platforms. You will lead a team of Product Owners and collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, and Sales to translate market needs into scalable solutions that improve connectivity and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks (HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA).
4+ years delivering product strategies and measurable business outcomes.
3+ years with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Identify market opportunities and industry trends related to healthcare interoperability and data exchange.
Drive product innovation aligned with objectives, customer needs, and industry standards.
Partner with executive leadership to set strategic priorities and investments for interoperability products.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and retirement.
Prioritize investments based on customer value, impact, and regulatory requirements.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses for product initiatives.
Define KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and outcomes.
Lead strategy for interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, APIs, CDA, X12, TEFCA; ensure compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to advance interoperability initiatives and partnerships.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
Engage with customers and industry partners to gather feedback and validate direction.
Serve as executive product leader for interoperability initiatives across the organization.
