Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to set vision and roadmap for healthcare data exchange. Qualifications

10+ years in product management, healthcare tech, or interoperability.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare portfolios.
4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, API, X12, TEFCA.
3+ years cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms in healthcare.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends related to healthcare interoperability, data exchange, patient access, and care coordination.
Drive product innovation aligned with objectives, customer needs, and industry standards.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support initiatives.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
