Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management - Health Data Interoperability to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data exchange across healthcare ecosystems. You will lead a team of 4-5 Product Owners and partner with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, and Executive Leadership to turn market needs into scalable, compliant solutions.

In this role you will drive adoption, measure ROI, and ensure interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR are embedded in product decisions,

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
5+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks like HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA.
3+ years with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and retirement.
Prioritize investments based on customer value, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
Define KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
