Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for interoperability solutions. You will manage a team of 4-5 Product Owners and drive APIs, data exchange capabilities, and healthcare integration across the ecosystem.

The role requires deep knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and related standards, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Tech, or Interoperability.
• 5+ years leading product teams and portfolios.
• 4+ years with healthcare data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
