CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data exchange. You will lead a team of 4–5 Product Owners and collaborate with engineering, informatics, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable products.

This role requires expertise in HL7/FHIR, data platforms, APIs, and regulatory compliance to improve connectivity and patient outcomes in a complex ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with healthcare/ interoperability
• 5+ years leading product teams
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or API products
• Hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data exchange
• Strong executive communication

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and retirement.
• Prioritize investments based on customer value and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and customer success teams.
• Engage with customers and industry partners to validate direction.
