PAR Technology Corporation seeks a strategic Director of Product Management to own the Drive-Thru hardware portfolio and lead a team of Product Managers. You will align hardware and software initiatives with business goals, drive roadmap and go-to-market plans, and partner with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience in hardware and technology product portfolios.
Experience in restaurant technology, drive-thru solutions, or related fields.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription models.

Responsabilités

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for PAR's Drive-Thru hardware portfolio.
Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines with balanced innovation and feasibility.
Leverage AI tools to synthesize customer and market insights and accelerate requirements.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle management from concept through launch and sustainment.
Partner with Engineering and Project Management to ensure successful delivery.
