PAR Technology is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead the Hardware PM organization and own the Drive-Thru portfolio. You will oversee current and next-generation hardware solutions and manage a team of Product Managers across PAR's hardware offerings.

The role requires strong leadership, deep hardware experience, and the ability to align cross-functional teams through complex development and commercialization efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing hardware and technology product portfolios.
• Experience in restaurant technology, drive-thru solutions, POS or connected hardware.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription models.
• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and business performance for Drive-Thru portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Own product business performance by monitoring revenue, margin, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines balancing innovation and demand.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle management from concept to launch and sustainment.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements and strategy.
• Mentor and develop the Hardware Product Management team and establish scalable processes.
