You will own vision, roadmaps, and business performance while guiding a team of product managers responsible for PAR's hardware portfolio across restaurant tech and drive-thru solutions.

The role requires deep hardware and connected-systems experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering SaaS-enabled hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience managing hardware and technology product portfolios.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription business models.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and business performance for Drive-Thru hardware portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware lines, balancing innovation with demand, revenue, margins and feasibility.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to shape product positioning and commercial strategy.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve adoption, profitability, and market share.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Hardware Product Management team; establish scalable processes and career development plans.
