PAR Technology Corporation seeks a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead the Hardware Product Management organization. This leader will own the Drive-Thru product portfolio, including current and next-generation solutions, while managing a team of Product Managers responsible for PAR's broader hardware portfolio.

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in technology/hardware.
• Proven success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription models.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Drive-Thru hardware portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the hardware Drive-Thru product portfolio including current and next-generation platforms.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines, balancing innovation, demand, revenue, margin, and feasibility.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable requirements and commercial strategies.
• Mentor and develop the Hardware Product Management team; establish scalable processes.
• Partner with Engineering and Project Management to deliver hardware and software-enabled solutions.
