Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.
• Experience in restaurant technology, drive-thru solutions, retail technology, POS systems, or connected hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription business models.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for the Drive-Thru hardware portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines, balancing innovation, customer demand, revenue growth, margin performance, and feasibility.

• Leverage AI tools to synthesize customer and market insights, accelerate requirements, and improve portfolio decisions.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch and sustainment.
• Partner with Engineering and Project Management to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software-enabled solutions.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve adoption, satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
• Mentor and develop the Hardware Product Management team.
• Establish scalable product management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Create career development plans and succession strategies for PMs.
