PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead the Hardware Product Management organization and own the Drive-Thru product portfolio, guiding current and next-generation solutions.

You will manage and develop a team of Product Managers, collaborate with Engineering and Project Management, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept through launch and sustainment, focusing on growth, margins, and customer value.

Formación

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in restaurant technology, drive-thru solutions, or hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription models.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Drive-Thru product portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines.
• Mentor Hardware Product Management team.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and strategies.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive adoption, profitability and market share.
