Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director of Hardware Product Management to lead the Drive-Thru portfolio and manage a team of product managers responsible for a broad hardware line. The role requires deep experience with connected hardware, SaaS ecosystems, and multi-disciplinary collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management experience.
Demonstrated success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.
Experience in restaurant technology, drive-thru solutions, retail technology, POS systems, or connected hardware platforms.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription business models.
MBA or advanced technical degree.

Responsibilities

Own the Drive-Thru product portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines, balancing innovation, demand, revenue growth, margin performance, and feasibility.
Leverage AI to synthesize customer and market insights and accelerate roadmap decisions.
Drive market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and product positioning.
Mentor and develop the Hardware Product Management team and establish scalable PM processes.
