Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation seeks a strategic Director of Product Management to own and drive the Drive-Thru hardware product portfolio. You will lead a team of Product Managers, set the vision, and align roadmaps with market demand and corporate goals.

You’ll drive end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with Engineering and Project Management, and leverage data-driven insights to accelerate product requirements and commercial success across global markets.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience.
Proven success managing hardware and technology portfolios.
Experience with restaurant/drive-thru tech, POS or connected hardware.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware and subscription models.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Drive-Thru hardware portfolio.
Lead portfolio planning across hardware lines for revenue, margins and feasibility.
Leverage AI to synthesize market insights and accelerate roadmap analysis.
Lead and develop the hardware product management team.
Drive market research, competitive analysis and product positioning.
Monitor performance metrics to improve adoption, profitability, and market share.
Establish scalable PM processes and succession plans.
