Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience across hardware and software.
- Experience leading complex hardware and technology portfolios.
- Background in restaurant tech, drive-thru, POS or connected hardware.
- Familiar with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems and subscriptions.
- MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Drive-Thru portfolio.
- Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines balancing innovation, demand, and margin.
- Use AI to synthesize market insights and accelerate requirements and analysis.
- Drive market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
- Monitor metrics and improve adoption, profitability, and market share.
- Develop and mentor Hardware Product Management team and processes.
