Axon is seeking a Director of Engineering Program Management to lead the Engineering Program Management organization for Axon Devices. You will drive development, validation, and launch across the portfolio, building a high-performing team and establishing processes, governance, and decision frameworks to enable cross-functional execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering program management experience, including hardware development.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience leading PMMs.
• Experience leading complex hardware or connected-device programs from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Engineering Program Managers.
• Oversee Devices portfolio development from concept to launch.
• Establish development processes, governance, and decision frameworks.
• Partner with Hardware, Firmware, Software, Product, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations leaders.
