Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a dynamic hotel leader to direct Front Office, Housekeeping and related departments to uphold quality and guest service standards across properties. You will ensure regulatory compliance, staff training, and collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Operations to optimize revenue and guest experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business, 4 years in guest services with 2 in management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4 years guest service/hotel experience, with 2 years in a management capacity.
• Must speak fluent English; additional languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to meet quality and guest service standards.
• Develop and communicate departmental strategies, goals and policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service recovery guidelines.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and training to ensure proper tools and coverage.
• Assist in revenue generation and budget management across departments.
