Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation in Miami seeks a hospitality leader to direct Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to meet quality and guest service standards while achieving revenue and profit goals.

You will ensure staff training, develop service recovery guidelines, monitor budgets, and coordinate with departments to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent and 4 years guest service/hotel experience with 2 years in management capacity.
• Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure quality and guest service standards.
• Adhere to regulations and brand standards, manage department revenue and profit goals.
• Establish and implement service recovery guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure staff training with tools and equipment needed to perform duties.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and annual department financial plans.
