Job summary

Wizard, Inc. is seeking a hands-on GTM leader to own the public launch, self-serve funnel, and revenue until the Head of Commercial joins.

You will hire and lead marketing and support, and partner with product and engineering on growth initiatives for a cutting-edge AI-native creative platform built around a native C++ editor. You’ll build programs with Story and YouTube partners, set up analytics, and drive activation from waitlist to paid seats, reporting weekly the metrics that matter to

Qualifications

Evidence of launching and growing a product-led creative tool with measurable results.
Ability to identify activation gaps and fix them with product changes.
Experience hiring and leading marketing, growth, or support teams.
Comfort writing queries and building dashboards to drive decisions.
Fluency in creator workflows and how editors and post teams adopt tools.

Responsibilities

Run the public launch: signup, download, onboarding, and pricing page.
Own the self-serve funnel from waitlist to activation to paid seats and report weekly.
Hire and lead the Head of Marketing & Content and the Support Lead.
Build the creator program with Story and YouTube partners: demos, tutorials, education, and referrals.
Partner with engineering on free tiers and apps built on Wizard Headless, including WizReview.
Set up the GTM stack: CRM, product analytics, lifecycle email, and attribution.
