Job summary

Gladstone Software, part of Jonas Software, seeks a Director of Growth to lead the go-to-market and growth initiatives across its brands. You will align Product, Technology, Commercial and Customer Success through a unified GTM model and partner with the Executive team to drive adoption, retention and revenue.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, leveraging data, AI and modern marketing to create scalable demand programs, pricing strategies and performance analytics

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Growth, Go-to-Market, Commercial or Marketing within a SaaS or technology business.
• Proven track record of scaling recurring revenue and building demand generation, product marketing and commercial growth functions.
• Strong understanding of subscription models, customer acquisition, retention, CRM and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Go-to-Market strategy with clear target markets and ICPs.
• Lead product positioning, value propositions and messaging across products and services.
• Build scalable demand generation programs to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Standardize commercial reporting, forecasting and attribution; drive AI-enabled decision making.
