Job summary

Sauna by Wordware is hiring a growth-focused role in San Francisco (Presidio). This full-time, in-person position will own demand generation—from paid search to lifecycle—while building creator, affiliate, and content programs.

You will write copy, manage a real budget, and drive weekly metrics as the team scales. In this hands-on role, you’ll set up measurement, optimize CAC, and partner with product to align activation and retention.

Qualifications

• You have run actual ads with your own hands.
• You understand what a conversion event is, why match rate matters, and what happens when tracking is half broken.
• You have taken something from unknown to known and can explain starting and end numbers and actions taken.
• You are a systems thinker who can map a job's full context and identify automation opportunities.
• You write unusually well: punchy, specific, and able to mirror someone else’s voice.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel end to end: paid on Meta and Google first, then lifecycle, then everything around them.
• Run a creator program with a six-figure monthly Meta budget needing 400–500 new creatives monthly.
• Build an affiliate program with revenue share and a public sign‑up space.
• Build a content engine using the product as the subject and show real work.
• Ship programmatic SEO and AEO with engineering; leverage YouTube, Reddit, and credible third‑party coverage.
• Write landing pages, ads, emails, posts, and video scripts.
• Run launches end to end: positioning, copy, social, email, video brief, press, community.
• Report weekly on reach and cost per lead; manage channel allocation and incremental testing.
• Grow the team as channels prove out; start with one exceptional person and agents.
