Job summary

Sauna by Wordware is seeking a growth-minded marketer to own demand generation. You will manage paid channels (Meta, Google), creator and affiliate programs, and a content-driven SEO/AEO approach. You’ll report directly to the founder, work with the product team, and build scalable campaigns from day one in a true startup environment.

You will start by shaping measurement, budgeting, and creative strategy, then expand to launches and performance optimization across channels.

• You have run actual ads with your own hands.
• You understand conversion events, match rate, and tracking.
• You have taken something from unknown to known.
• You are a systems thinker with end-to-end thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel end to end: paid on Meta and Google first, then lifecycle and related efforts.
• Run a creator program with a six-figure monthly budget and 400–500 fresh creatives monthly.
• Build an affiliate program as a real channel with revenue share and sign-up space.
• Develop a content engine with product as the subject and show real work publicly.
• Ship programmatic SEO and AEO with an engineering partner; leverage external coverage.
• Write landing pages, ads, emails, posts, and video briefs.
• Lead launches end to end: positioning, copy, social, email, press and community.
• Publish a weekly report on reach, cost, and performance.
