Pagos Consultants Ltd. in San Francisco is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to own demand generation from first touch to signup and pricing. You’ll report to the founder, manage a real media budget from day one, and help build the growth engine.

You’ll launch campaigns, write copy, test creative, ship landing pages, and decide which channels to invest in. As channels prove themselves, you’ll scale teams and campaigns, focusing on quality acquisition and efficient spend.

Qualificações

• Direct experience running paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Ability to set up and optimise campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong measurement skills including attribution and ROAS.
• Excellent writing for ads, landing pages and emails.
• Builder mindset with ability to ship pages and tests quickly.
• Experience with creator programmes or affiliate marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and scale paid acquisition, starting with Meta and Google.
• Build reliable conversion tracking and cost visibility.
• Develop a creator programme with creators and agencies.
• Create content demonstrating product value and use cases.
• Grow organic discovery through SEO and AI search visibility.
• Write landing pages, ads, emails, social posts, and video scripts.
• Turn experiments into repeatable channels with weekly reporting.
