Job summary

Sauna by Wordware in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Growth to own Sauna's path from thousands of users to millions. You’ll be the first dedicated growth hire and build the machine from scratch, then scale the team in SF. You’ll report to the CEO on a ~20-person team.

This is a senior role, requiring prior end-to-end growth leadership. The playbook centers on owning the full consumer growth stack, then hiring a PMM/copy person, a front-end engineer for programmatic SEO, and a motion designer.

Qualifications

• Proven growth leadership at a fast-moving startup.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a punchy, opinionated style.
• Experience building growth channels from zero to meaningful scale.
• Deep understanding of AI/content landscape across major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full consumer growth stack (social virality, programmatic SEO, paid ads, sponsorships, newsletters).
• Build viral loops in-product and out of product.
• Run and iterate on paid channels (Google Ads, social ads, sponsorships, newsletters).
• Build a content engine to showcase product capabilities.
• Lead programmatic SEO and partner with engineering. ROI-focused.
• Hire and grow the growth team as channels prove out.
