You will own metrics, measurement, experimentation, and the data roadmap for a key business area, partnering with product management, data engineering, and marketing to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue. You’ll lead a disciplined analytics team, design forecasting and budgeting, define growth targets, run A/B tests, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role leading teams.
• Proven track record in a consumer-FMCG environment or fintech.
• Experience scaling product businesses with revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics roadmap and strategy for a business area.
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Forecasting, business analysis, and actionable insights across functions.
• Partner with growth, product, and engineering to collect data and drive decisions.
• Define and track growth metrics such as CAC, activation, retention, and revenue per customer.
• Conduct cohort analysis and journey mapping to identify bottlenecks.
