Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape growth and scale our payment products. You will design experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable insights that boost user acquisition and retention.

You’ll partner with product, data engineering, and business teams to make metrics highly visible and drive cross-functional impact with self-service dashboards and advanced modelling.

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL skills.
• Experience designing, running, and analysing experiments (A/B/multivariate).
• Strong programming with Python and familiarity with Pandas/SciPy/Jupyter notebooks.
• Proven ability to build dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, BD, and data engineering to surface growth metrics.
• Translate complex questions into actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and visualisation tools.
• Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, from requirements to post-launch reviews.
• Apply advanced modelling techniques to drive high-impact business results.
• Foster collaboration across technology, business, and product teams.
