Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape growth analytics for payment products. You will design and test strategies to improve user acquisition, retention, and product engagement, partnering with product, BD, and data teams to scale insights and dashboards.

The role blends quantitative analysis with strategic thinking to ensure our payment solutions meet market demands and scale sustainably, contributing to financial happiness for users and businesses.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis at scale tech firms, top consultancies, or banks.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Experience designing and analysing digital product experiments (A/B, multivariate).
• Hands‑on with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Experience applying statistical modelling and analytics to product insights.
• Strong Python programming with Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.
• Clear, professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, BD, and data engineering to make growth metrics visible and actionable.
• Translate complex questions into actionable insights.
• Build and scale self‑service dashboards and visualization tools.
• Own analytics for growth products—from data requirements to post-launch impact reviews.
• Foster cross‑team collaboration between technology, business, and product.
• Apply advanced modelling techniques to drive high‑impact business outcomes.
