Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking an Analytics Manager to own metrics, measurement, and the data roadmap for a growth-focused business unit. You will quantify KPIs, run analyses, and guide decision-making across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

You’ll lead a team bridging product, data engineering, and growth. As a leader, you will build an analytics culture, oversee forecasting, and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics and analytics management experience.
• 2+ years in a management role leading teams.
• Proven track record in consumer-FMCG or fintech environments.
• Experience scaling product businesses with revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an analytics roadmap and strategy.
• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Drive insights on CAC, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to collect data.
• Lead cohort analyses and journey mapping to identify bottlenecks.
