Function Health seeks a Head of Infrastructure in Engineering to own the platform underpinning all products. You will lead SRE and the infrastructure platform, spanning databases, compute, containers, networking, and cross-service VPCs across FH and affiliated units.

The role targets international expansion with multi-region designs, data residency, and compliance, while setting reliable, cost-conscious standards.

Formación

• Ten+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering, incl. leadership.
• Experience scaling a platform through growth.
• Deep cloud infra, containers, networking, and prod DB operations.
• Experience multi-region or regulated-data design.
• Defined and operated reliability programs (SLOs, on-call, postmortems).
• Ability to balance reliability, speed, cost, and security for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the infrastructure platform end to end for FH and affiliates.
• Architect for global expansion with multi-region topology and data residency.
• Set and enforce reliability standards (SLOs, on-call, incident response).
• Drive cost efficiency and visibility into infrastructure spend.
• Unify infra across Function and acquired companies while preserving delivery speed.
• Lead and grow the Infrastructure team, remaining hands-on in design reviews and incidents.
• Partner with Security and Compliance; align with executives on roadmap and risk.
