Job summary

Rednote is seeking a reliability-focused engineer to design and operate its international infrastructure architecture, emphasizing multi-region deployment, disaster recovery, and high-availability.

You will lead overseas platform deployment, monitoring, and incident response, collaborating with domestic teams to unify standards and drive best practices across the organization. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with reliability engineering and SRE practices in large-scale systems.
• Experience designing cross-region architectures and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong Linux, networking, and middleware knowledge; cloud-native concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overseas infrastructure architecture and multi-region deployment.
• Own overseas platform deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Develop and improve observability, post-mortems, and systemic improvements for overseas ops.
• Understand overseas business requirements and tailor infrastructure accordingly.
• Collaborate with domestic teams to align overseas standards with global best practices.
