Job summary

zerohash seeks a senior leader to build and scale its Implementation Services function, delivering world-class onboarding for strategic customers. You will personally lead complex projects while shaping processes, tooling, and an org to scale globally, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent, establish a tiered engagement model, and align Product, Engineering, and Sales to accelerate time to value for partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise tech.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience building and scaling an implementation or professional services function.
• Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own PM and hands-on implementations for strategic, complex customer projects.
• Design and scale the dedicated Implementation Services function globally.
• Define metrics: time-to-launch, cost, utilization, satisfaction, escalation rate.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship dependencies on time.
• Lead recruitment and development of globally distributed teams.
• Establish tiered engagement models and repeatable processes and tooling.
• Own budget, resourcing, and roadmap; report to executive leadership.
• Act as escalation point for strategic partners and represent the function in leadership forums.
