Job summary

zerohash is looking for a SVP, Global Head of Operations to lead and unify the platforms that keep the operation running around the clock across FinOps, settlement and trading, custody, liquidity, exchange services, TSE and CX.

This senior role reports into executive leadership and collaborates with Compliance, Engineering, Product, Finance and Commercial to build a secure, scalable infrastructure able to serve global markets.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in operations leadership within financial services or digital asset infrastructure.
• 5+ years in a senior/executive operations role leading multiple functions.
• Direct experience with settlement, trading, or custody in regulated or crypto environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify FinOps, Settlement & Trading Ops, Custody, Liquidity, TSE, and CX.
• Partner with Compliance, Engineering, Product, Finance and Commercial to scale operations.
• Set standards for operational excellence, risk, and scalability; present to executives.
• Build durable, well-run teams and processes across functions; manage relationships with partners.
