Job summary

zerohash is seeking a VP/SVP of Business Operations to build and scale a core operating function from the ground up. You will own BI, AI rollout, procurement, and new product/market analysis, reporting to executive leadership across finance, compliance, product, engineering, and commercial teams.

You will lead five pillars—BI, AI rollout, procurement, market analysis, and organizational design—driving cross-functional coordination and durable sub-departments rather than one-off projects.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive leadership in business operations, strategy, or corporate development.
• 5–8+ years in FinTech; crypto/digital assets/payments or banking infra is a plus.
• Track record building functions from scratch with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in ambiguity; able to present to board and work hands-on with data.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead BI function with real-time dashboards and single source of truth.
• Own AI rollout roadmap across internal operations with change management.
• Establish formal procurement function: onboarding, evaluation, negotiations, spend management.
• Lead market sizing and competitive analysis for new products, geographies, and verticals.
• Design organizational structure and operating efficiency to scale the company.
