Job summary

zerohash is seeking a VP of Ecosystem and Product Partnerships to own the company’s view on onchain infrastructure and translate it into strategic partnerships. You will work directly with the Chief Business Officer to source, negotiate, and drive partnerships through product and engineering to launch.

The role requires fluency across protocols and institutions, with a track record of closing complex agreements and shaping product collaboration with foundations, issuers, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience across crypto/fintech or financial infra.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-party partnerships.
• Strong institutional credibility and presence.
• Public thought leadership or industry standing.

Responsibilities

• Own zerohash's ecosystem thesis and defend it to the executive team and board.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation and negotiation for new partnerships end-to-end.
• Structure complex commercial frameworks including incentives and milestones.
• Build a pipeline aligned with product roadmap and revenue plan.
• Shape joint product strategy with foundations, issuers, and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver integrations.
• Be zerohash's external voice to institutions and industry groups.
• Create rhythms for visibility into strategy, progress, and performance.
• Build and grow a small team over time; hands-on roll at start.
