Job summary

Block, Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to define and manage the global external workforce for seller onboarding. You will own the operating model for third-party providers, vendors, and BPO partners, ensuring scalable and compliant delivery across markets.

Reporting to the Head of Global Onboarding Operations, you will influence senior stakeholders, optimize costs, and drive seller outcomes through governance, analytics, and strategic supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive operations, vendor management, or workforce strategy experience.
• Strong experience with third-party providers, BPOs, and vendor governance.
• Excellent financial/analytical skills including cost modeling and capacity planning.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience in fintech/commerce/SaaS and customer operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the global external workforce strategy for seller onboarding.
• Establish global SLA frameworks, scorecards, and governance for partners.
• Oversee the operating model for BPO and vendor onboarding work.
• Ensure partner operations integrate with Square’s onboarding workflows and data/tools.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and regional teams.
