Square is seeking a senior operations leader to define and manage the global external workforce and partner strategy for seller onboarding. Reporting to the Head of Global Onboarding Operations, this leader will own the operating model for third-party service providers, vendors, and BPO partners, ensuring external delivery scales efficiently and responsibly.

• 12+ years of progressive operations, vendor management, partner operations, or related strategy experience.

Mansioni

• Define and manage the global external workforce strategy for onboarding.
• Establish global SLA frameworks, scorecards, and governance for external partners.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and regional teams on contracts and terms.
• Oversee onboarding operations for BPO and vendor-supported work with clear role definitions.
• Ensure partner operations align with Square’s onboarding workflows and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner productivity, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance geographies consistency.
