Amex GBT is seeking a Team Leader to drive end-to-end event programs, from kickoff through on-site execution, for a key client account. You will own planning cadences, forecasts, and governance, coordinating senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

With 8+ years in large corporate meetings and strong leadership, you will ensure program success in a fast-paced environment, leveraging Cvent and Smartsheet for data, reporting, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years delivering large corporate meetings and events.
• Leadership of a meeting professionals team through full program cycles.
• Experience on a dedicated account team with a client SOW.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team across planning, delivery, and on-site execution.
• Own program budgets from estimate to final reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage master timeline, milestones, and supplier/venue coordination.
