SentiLink is looking for a Head of Fraud Intelligence to transform their Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact operation. The role involves overseeing fraud labeling operations, generating actionable fraud intelligence, and developing future technical talent.

Success is measured by operational performance and fraud prevention outcomes. This position is US-based and offers a flexible work environment, with a compensation range of $180,000 to $240,000 a year plus equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations or a related domain.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational metrics for the Fraud Intelligence Team.
• Design quality assurance processes to improve labeling accuracy.
• Build a best-in-class entry-level talent program for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
