Job summary

TruStage seeks a Director, Fintech Innovation Programs to lead FiLab's fintech testing with credit unions, delivering field tests and consistent standards across dozens of participants. You’ll oversee the end-to-end portfolio, from cohort launches to final reporting, and supervise test leads and contracted resources.

In this role, you’ll run the annual application and selection cycle, shape scouting priorities, and manage fintech partners through diligence, contracting, testing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in program leadership, innovation, partnerships, product implementation, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Filene FiLab fintech testing portfolio end-to-end from planning to reporting.
• Oversee multiple tests, coordinating with credit unions and research leads.
• Manage annual FiLab application and selection cycle, guiding priorities and engagement with fintech partners.
• Coordinate with partners through due diligence, contracting, testing and reporting.
• Develop and model the organization’s culture and values while supporting strategic objectives.
