Job summary

TruStage is seeking a Manager, Fintech Innovation Programs to lead the FiLab fintech tests, coordinating with credit unions and internal teams to drive real-world testing and insights. You will manage end-to-end test execution, partner relationships, and portfolio delivery across multiple projects in a financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day fintech tests from selection through published findings with the Director, Fintech Innovation Programs.
• Serve as primary Filene contact for participating credit unions, guiding recruitment, onboarding, implementation, data collection and results.
• Coordinate diligence, contracting, and test preparation activities for fintech partners.
• Facilitate cohort sessions to share experiences and lessons learned across tests.
• Collaborate with FiLab's research lead on test design, data collection, analysis and synthesis of findings.
• Apply FiLab testing standards and help improve tools, processes and practices for efficient testing.
