Job summary

Filene Research Institute seeks a Manager, Fintech Innovation Programs to lead FiLab fintech tests across multiple credit unions, from onboarding to published findings, coordinating across portfolios and guiding test execution.

You will partner with the Director and FiLab’s research lead to translate results into actionable insights, while managing partner relationships and ensuring milestones are met. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, innovation, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in program or project management, innovation, vendor partnerships, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, or the credit union industry preferred.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of fintech tests from selection through published findings.
• Serve as Filene contact for participating credit unions, guiding recruitment and onboarding through implementation.
• Maintain regular communication to sustain engagement and resolve obstacles.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors supporting test execution and logistics.
• Contribute to test design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis of findings with researchers.
• Ensure FiLab standards are followed and help scale repeatable processes.
