Job summary

Filene Research Institute seeks a Manager, Fintech Innovation Programs to lead the execution of FiLab fintech tests across numerous credit unions nationwide. You will guide onboarding, setup, and implementation, while ensuring engagement and learning throughout each test.

In this role you will coordinate across the FiLab portfolio, manage milestones and risks, and report insights with the Director, Fintech Innovation Programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pilots, implementations or complex programs.
• Experience in credit unions or financial services is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple tests and timelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead fintech tests from selection through published findings for FiLab.
• Onboard fintech partners and recruit participating credit unions with support from the Director.
• Guide setup and implementation, troubleshoot obstacles, and facilitate learning from results.
• Coordinate activity across FiLab’s testing portfolio, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
