Job summary

TruStage is seeking a Manager, Fintech Innovation Programs to lead FiLab fintech tests with credit unions nationwide, guiding onboarding, data collection, and results. You will coordinate portfolio activity, mitigate risks, and partner with researchers to translate tests into industry insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Filene and FiLab, with travel up to 15% and exposure to innovative fintech deployments in the credit union space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, innovation, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in program or project management, innovation, vendor partnerships, product implementation, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, innovation, FinTech, or the credit union industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned fintech tests from selection through published findings.
• Serve as the primary Filene contact for participating credit unions, guiding recruitment through implementation and results.
• Manage the day-to-day fintech partner relationships and test preparation.
• Facilitate cohort sessions for peer learning and share experiences across tests.
• Collaborate with research to design tests, collect data, and synthesize findings.
• Coordinate activity across FiLab’s testing portfolio and monitor timelines, risks, and resources.
• Support FiLab’s annual fintech application and selection cycle.
