TruStage is seeking a Director, Fintech Innovation Programs to lead FiLab fintech testing across credit unions, guiding an end-to-end delivery from cohort launches to final reporting. You will build and maintain relationships with credit unions and fintech partners, shape testing standards, manage test leads and contracted resources, and travel up to 25% to two annual in-person events and conferences.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, innovation, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in program leadership, innovation, partnerships, product implementation, or related discipline required.
• Experience in financial services, innovation, FinTech, or the credit union industry preferred.
• Leadership: directing work and ensuring outcomes.
• Portfolio Management: managing a portfolio of active programs.
• Program Evaluation: designing tests and analyzing results.
• Relationship Management: building multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Strong Communication & Facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for in-person events and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Filene's fintech testing portfolio and ensure end-to-end execution of each test.
• Direct test leads and contracted resources from cohort launch through fieldwork to final reporting.
• Bring credit unions into tests and match them to appropriate test priorities.
• Develop relationships with participating credit unions from onboarding to results.
• Improve testing methodology and standards across tests.
• Lead the annual fintech application and selection cycle and coordinate selection discussions.
