Discover Staffing seeks a Director of Field Development to lead recruiting strategies, agent onboarding, and field office performance across our network. You will partner with field leaders, travel to offices, and drive data-driven plans.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership development, and scalable recruiting and production, with regular field reviews and collaboration with Home Office. A strong background in life insurance and training is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in life insurance industry with leadership experience.
• License in life insurance desired or to be acquired within first year.
• Strong training, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with insurance illustration software, accounting software, MS Office, and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to improve recruiting, agent onboarding, activation, retention, and field office performance.
• Partner with field leaders to execute business plans focused on recruiting, licensing, activation, production, and growth.
• Maintain field presence through office visits, meetings, trainings, and recruiting events.
• Conduct business reviews using data to identify opportunities and create action plans.
• Coach field leaders on recruiting, activation, development, and retention of agents.
• Drive adoption of sales initiatives, incentives, technology, and carrier programs.
• Liaise between field and Home Office to address challenges and drive solutions.
• Support leadership on business issues while coordinating with Home Office departments.
