The role requires a proven leadership track record, licensing, and success in recruiting and training sales teams. You will help build a high-performing, client-focused distribution network across our U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer.
• Experience recruiting sales teams via warm markets, cold sources, social media, job boards, events, referrals, and vendors.
• Experience with sales training and employee development.
• Fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Relevant college degree.

Responsibilities

• Actively select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals.
• Train and develop professionals on selling processes and product portfolio.
• Monitor and measure performance to increase productivity and retention.
