Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a strategic Head of Field Sales to drive the end-to-end performance of our field sales organization in the United States.

You will lead a large agent network to achieve monthly and annual acquisition and transaction targets while managing CAC and territory structure. You will design commission and incentive programs, optimize network health, and ensure regulatory compliance across the sales channel.

Responsibilities
