Job summary

Moniepoint seeks a Field Sales Lead to drive acquisition in Nigerian regions. You will recruit, coach, and supervise Field Sales Agents, owning the regional recruitment and onboarding, field activity, and performance management.

As the operational hub, you will track leads, visits, and conversions, collaborate with Operations and Marketing, and report progress to leadership. This hands-on leadership role suits growth-focused professionals.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of total experience in field sales or B2B sales.
• 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Experience recruiting or building commission-based sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Sales Agents across states with daily direction.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach FSAs; manage ramp‑up and activity targets.
• Own region‑level targets, monitor field activity, and ensure CRM discipline.
• Coordinate handoffs to Implementation and Data Entry teams; provide weekly leadership reports.
