BOAB Ventures seeks a Director of Sales Engineering for the U.S. Federal sector to lead and grow our pre‑sales team. You will be the senior technical voice in high‑stakes government pursuits, guiding demos, POCs, and solution design to align with mission needs.

You will partner with Sales Directors and product teams to translate opportunities into winning contracts, coaching a high‑performing team while ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Lead the U.S. Federal Sales Engineering team and establish clear performance expectations.
• Serve as the senior SME on government solutions for defense, intelligence, and federal law enforcement.
• Own the pre‑sales process, from client discovery to tailored solutions and winning proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success to improve trial experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the U.S. Federal Sales Engineering team.
• Lead the technical side of the sales process and convert prospects into customers.
• Design tailored solutions aligned with client mission needs to support contracts.
• Develop and deliver compelling demos, trials, and technical materials.
• Oversee demo readiness and data integrity across federal engagements.
