Recorded Future seeks a technically credible, hands-on Senior Manager of Sales Engineering for the US Public Sector. You will lead a distributed team across Federal/DoD/IC and government customers, standardizing processes, discovery, demonstrations, and value engagements to drive technical wins.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading a Sales Engineering/PreSales or technical selling org in cybersecurity.
• Public Sector customer experience, ideally Federal/DoD/Intelligence Community.
• Deep knowledge of threat intel and security operations (SIEM, SOAR, APIs).
• Proven ability to build/optimize Sales Engineering processes and coverage models.
• Hands-on, accountable leader with strong cross-functional and executive comms.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a distributed Sales Engineering team serving Federal, DoD, IC, Civilian, State and Local Government customers.
• Standardize discovery, demos, Proof of Value engagements, technical validation, and post‑sale handoffs.
• Partner with Public Sector sales leaders to define accountability and proactive operating models.
• Drive strategic opportunities and enable the team to win technically.
• Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Intelligence Services and Channel to improve customer outcomes.
